Closing of the Bones Ceremony- COTB
Closing of the Bones is a ceremonial practice originating from South America, used traditionally for the post-natal woman to support and honour her transition into motherhood. This powerful ritual can be used at any stage of a woman's life regardless of whether she has given birth or not.
This ceremony assists you
to come back into your body during times of change. This could be career changes, divorce,
menopause, illness, grief, loss, trauma and so much more. The ceremony also offers emotional, physical, and spiritual support to bring a sense of closure, grounding, and renewal during life’s transitions.

During the ceremony, holding touch is used to the head, feet, legs and thighs. alongside the use of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), movement, breath, and sound. Your body will be gently wrapped in Rebozo cloths. Rebozos serve as a safe and supportive compression allowing you to fully surrender. This sacred act of being held, nurtured, and loved promotes deep relaxation and healing, like your mummas warm hug.
