Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as Tapping, is a proven, evidence based method that helps rewire the brain’s stress response. By gently tapping on specific acupressure points along the body’s meridian lines, EFT sends calming signals to the brain’s stress centres, including the amygdala and hippocampus. This process allows the release of negative emotions, thoughts, and past experiences that may have been holding you back.
EFT is a powerful tool
for restoring emotional balance, reducing psychological stress, and re-aligning your energy. It helps bring a sense of calm and clarity, aiding in the release of emotional blockages.
EFT can be integrated into all sessions or used as a standalone offering to support you in healing from negative emotions or experiences.

Both formats allow you to receive the session from a safe and supported environment.
During the session, Sarah will guide you verbally as you tap on meridian points on your face and upper body while focusing on the issue. EFT is interactive and empowering and you will participate actively throughout the process.
The Temple
To support the effectiveness of your session:

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Refunds are not available for cancellations. You may reschedule your EFT session to the next available date that suits you.
If you cancel within seven days of your session, a $100 AUD fee will be deducted to cover room booking and preparation costs.
