By combining the deep trauma release of the Sacral Somatics/Yoni Ceremony with the profound energetic Closing of the Bones Ceremony, and anchoring the emotional shifts with Emotional Freedom Technique, this session creates a space for healing, grounding and renewal.

Important Note: The Sacral Somatic Therapy component is one way touch only. There is no sexual intercourse or gratification involved. This is a sacred and trauma informed practice.
PostIntegration
The work we do together is profound and initiates deep physical and energetic release. For this reason, Sarah ask's you to consciously create sacred space for the integration period following your session.

What to Expect & How to Prepare for Integration (Next 7 Days)

Radical Rest is Required: Plan to go slow. Sarah strongly recommends avoiding rushing back to work or strenuous activity for at least 24 hours. Your nervous system needs quiet time to process the shift.

Emotional Surfacing: It is very common for old, stored emotions, subconscious memories, or light sensitivity to surface as blocks are cleared. This is normal. Be gentle with yourself; this is your body completing the release.

Physical Needs: ​Stay hydrated (water, herbal tea) to support your body's natural detoxification process.

Hold the Container: Be protective of your energy and the sacred nature of your healing. Avoid engaging in heavy debates or sharing intimate details of your session with people who may not understand.

Support: Remember that your follow-up debrief session is designed to process this exact integration period. If you experience intense emotional distress, please utilise your external, professionally trained mental health support network as Sarah is not a substitute for professional care.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Refunds are not available for cancellations.
You may reschedule The Sapphire Package to the next available date that suits you.
If you cancel within seven days of your scheduled date, a $100 AUD fee will be deducted to cover room booking and preparation costs.
